Founded in 2021, No.07 Consultants is a Washington, D.C.–based construction management consulting firm built on professionalism, intelligence, and genuine project ownership. We serve developers and public sector organizations with a curated, attentive approach to every engagement.
Our Founder
With 18+ years in the construction industry, Tessa’s foundation lies in real “back-of-house” general contracting experience, including estimating, purchasing, and contract coordination. This background allows us to understand projects deeply, advocate effectively, and manage with precision.
Our Mission
No. 07 Consultants’ mission is to deliver professional, personalized, high quality construction management services that protect our clients’ time, investment, and vision. We partner with private developers and public sector entities to provide a transparent, high touch experience rooted in accountability and care. We treat every project as if it were our own, taking personal ownership and staying deeply involved from the first concept and preconstruction planning through completion and closeout, so our clients never feel like just another project in a portfolio.
